Case Law Research Software for Court Decisions | SmartLegAI

Case law research software for court decisions in Arab jurisdictions, ECHR and EU material, and US case law via CourtListener, with trust-labelled answers.

Case law research software for finding relevant court decisions

SmartLegAI searches court decisions and precedents by legal issue, not only by keyword. Stored judgments are concentrated on Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Egypt, Jordan and the UAE, with smaller sets for other Arab jurisdictions, alongside ECHR (HUDOC) and EUR-Lex records; US case law is retrieved live through the CourtListener API. Results show where each decision comes from, and answers built on them carry trust labels.

Coverage is not complete for any country. England and Wales have limited full text, Brazil is represented by one state court, and Canada and Australia are partial. There are no editorial headnotes and no automated citator such as KeyCite or Shepard's. You can attach authorities to a matter, check selected passages against the source text and record your own good-law review.

Case law research fits litigators and advisers working on Gulf, Egyptian, Jordanian, European human-rights or US matters who want decisions linked to the analysis of their own file. If your practice depends on complete US state and federal or UK coverage, use a primary research service alongside it. Plans are on the pricing page, and the 14-day trial lets you test coverage for your jurisdiction.
